Delivery

How long does delivery take?

All orders delivered to UK mainland are shipped by a next day courier service. Once you have received your despatch comfirmation email, you should receive your goods the next working day. Goods shipped to Northern Ireland are sent on a 48 hour delivery service.

What courier do you use?

Depending on the weight and size of the order, goods are shipped by Parcel Force Express 24 or DPD. We may ocassionally use an alternative courier.

Is tracking information available?

Yes. Your despatch email contains the tracking number and the name of the courier used.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free to UK mainland on all orders. Delivery to Northern Ireland, certain islands and EU countries may incur a surcharge.

Can you ship to more than one address?

Yes. However there is an additional cost for this. Please contact us if you require this before ordering for a bespoke quote.

I ship direct to my customers. Is packaging branded?

No. All of our packaging is completely unbranded and neutral. We do not include any delivery notes either so your customer will never know it did not come from you.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

Yes. There is a delivery surcharge to Northern Ireland which varies depending on weight. Please contact us before ordering for a price.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship to anywhere in the EU. However, there is an additional cost for this service. Please contact us before ordering.

 

 

Artwork

How do I upload artwork?

Artwork can be uploaded from the product details page. You can upload an indivdual file for each page or a multi page PDF. Once you have selected the file/files, press Add to Cart and the files will be uploaded. This may take a few minutes if the file sizes are large.

What formats do you accept?

Artwork should be supplied ideally in PDFx-1A format, or alternatively, high resolution jpg or PNG files. Alternative file types may be accepted if agreed prior.

What resolution should my images be?

Images should be a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Any lower than this and your images may print out distorted or blocky. If you are unsure about this, we recommend using our File Check service.

What is File Check?

When you select the File Check option, we will check your artwork to ensure it meets the minimum standards for printing and inform you of any changes that need to be made. This includes checking the resolution of images, the colour profile of your artwork (must be CMYK) and also if there are any concerns regarding the layout. If we are able to make the changes for you, we will do so and send you a PDF proof to approve.

Do you offer an artwork service?

Yes, we offer a free design service for business stationery (business cards, letterheads and compliment slips). There is a small charge for flyers, posters and brochures. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to use our design service.

Do you have templates available?

Yes. We are currently in the process of adding a downloadable PDF template to every product. If you need a PDF or jpg template to ensure that you design your artwork to the correct size, please contact us. 

 

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments online by credit and debit cards (excluding American Express), PayPal, BACS (bank transfer) or alternatively you can pay by cheque by prior agreement.

How do I pay for my bespoke quote or invoice?

Can I pay by telephone?

Yes. Please call 01463 898092.

Do you offer credit facilities?

To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not currently offer credit facilities.

 

 

Turnaround Times & Production

How long will my order take?

Most standard items such as flyers are usually delivered in 5 working days from receipt of payment and print ready artwork. Large volume orders or orders that require special finishing such as folding, stapling, or special coatings applied may take longer. eg Spot UV folders, large brocures, bespoke folded leaflets etc may take longer. If you require your goods for a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Do you offer express services?

We offer an express service on some short run products such as digitally printed flyers. There is an additional charge for this. Certain items such as large qty lithographically printed items and folded leaflets etc cannot be done as an express service. If you require your goods for a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

What is the difference between digital and lithographic printing?

Lithographic printing is generally considered higher quality and more suitable for large volume orders. Digital printing is quicker but the quality of print is marginally lower. Digital print is also uneconomical for runs greater than quantities of approx 1000.
